Growing up in the New York restaurant scene George was born into the business working at various fine dinning establishments. One in particular the coho where he met his current partner Edward B.   Edward grew up in the melting pot of Boston and studied as a chef eventually working in a variety of restaurants in Boston and eventually ending up in Philadelphia with George.  In 1985 they brought the gourmet food scene to Philadelphia with chefs market.  Shortly after that time they began catering various special events including weddings christenings and bat mitzvahs as well as small home events.  Eventually the company branched into corporate catering and continue to reinvent the business and the various menus.
